AL shaikh Qasem

SHEIKH KASEM Mixer is designed for get a high production and a good quality of mix that used in building department and concrete block presses, that depends on the internal size for the mix and speed feeding the raw material that used in the mix, and the speed of the mixer.

The mixer contains inside 8 arms, which used for making a good mix, and to be easy for the production materials to go out side the mixer after the mix process finish.
The vertical mixer almost used in central mixer, its concerned with a moving bucket that used for transfer the raw materials form the stores to inside the mixer with perfect time.

يتم تصميم الخلاط في شركة الشيخ قاسم للحصول على كميات عالية من الإنتاج وأجود أنواع الخلط المستخدمة في مجال البناء وصناعة أنواع الطوب, وذلك يعتمد على الحجم الداخلي للخلاط وسرعة التغذية للمواد الأولية الني تستخدم في عملية الخلط, وتعتمد على سرعة الزعانف الخلية للخلاط.

كما أن الخلاط يحتوي من الداخل على ثمانية زعانف التي تستخدم في عملية الخلط, وتقوم بعملية المساعدة في خروج المواد الجاهزة من داخل الخلاط إلى الخارج.
ويستخدم الخلاط العمودي في الخلاطات المركزية, حيث تكون مزودة العربة المتحركة التي تقوم بنقل المواد الأولية من الخزانات إلى داخل الخلاط بزمن قياسي.
