تستخدم هذه الكسارة في المرحلة الأولى في عملية التكسير الحجر عن طريق الشواكيش المثبتة بالشفط, وهي تقوم بتكسير الحجار القاسية والمتوسطة القسوة والتي تستخدم في أعمال مقاولات الطرق والبناء. وتتميز هذه الكسارة بان الأحجام الداخلة لها تكون كبيرة نسبيا وتعطي إنتاج ذات كفاءة عالية في التكسير, نسبة عالية بالإنتاج,واقل التكاليف للازمة لإنتاج المواد المطلوبة.

Crushing occurs in tow stages. The incoming feed first strikes the rotor impact place and is then impacted against the primary breaker plate.
When the material is reduced sufficiently to pass the primary breaker plate it\'s further impacted by the secondary plate, the setting of this plate determines the product size.
There are some types for impact to give difference capacity with different diminution as you see in the table:
The structure of main body of the impact crusher was designed in two parts so that the upper part can be opened by one heavy hydraulic cylinder.
There are inside the impact internal structure were made from manganese or chromium like hammers and liners structures can be easily to maintenance and replaced after period of time.
The impact can crush the materials in different sizes to get the suitable materials, the distance between the rotor and the impact plates are easily adjusted by a spring-bolt so the product size can be easily controlled .

تتم عملية التكسير على مرحلتين,أولا يتم التكسير عندما يدخل الحجر إلى داخل الكسارة ويقوم الشفط بضربة حتى يصطدم بطب\\بقة التصافيح المتحركة المصنعة من المنغنيزاو الكروم, عندها يتم تكسير الحجر والتقليل من حجمه ومن صلابته,ثم يطحن عندما يوضع بين الشاكوش والتصافيح المتحركة.
توجد تصافيح في الظهر مصنعة من المنغنيز او الكروم وهى تنقسم الى قسمين:
الأول وتوجد في الجزء العلوي وهي مثبتة بالظهر عن طريق البراغي, القسم الثاني يوجد في الأسفل ويمكنها التحرك في اتجاه واحد بواسطة(زمبرك عيار) يقوم بعملية معايرة لإنتاج الحجم المطلوب.
يتم تصفيح الكسارة من الداخل بالطبقة جانبية مصنعة من منغنيز أو الكروم وذلك يعتمد على طبيعة العمل الذي تقوم بة وقسوة الحجر, وذلك كي تقاوم قسوة الحجر وتخدم طويلا.
جك هيدروليك:
يستخدم لتسهيل فتح الكسارة وعملية الصيانة لازمه لها, ويحافظ على إغلاق غرفة التكسير في أي ضغط.
